 Power On and Temperature Setting

● Connect the power, turn on the power switch. The temperature controller displays the current temperature.
●Press the key 🔁 to enter the temperature setting mode; the screen digits will blink.
● Press the key « to move the cursor and select the digit you wish to change.
● Press the key ︽  or ︾ adjust the number to the temperature value you need.
● After completing the settings, press the key 🔁again to confirm. The screen stops flashing, and the device begins heating to the set temperature.

Embossing Procedure:

① Attach the Handle
② Install Positioning Accessories on the Work Table
③ Secure the workpiece on the table using the positioning accessories.
④ Secure the Mold
Set the machine temperature. After the heating plate preheats to around 75°C, lock the embossing position, align the mold, and attach it to the heating plate using high-temperature double-sided tape.
⑤ Embossing
Once secured, adjust the temperature to around 120-140°C and begin test embossing. To change the mold, remove it while hot by gently scraping from the back with a utility knife.

Foiling Procedure:

(Steps ①②③④ are the same as above.)
⑤ Install Transfer paper support
⑥ Adjust Temperature & Pre-Press
Set temperature to 80-100°C. Cover the area to be foiled with a transparent carrier film. Press the handle down gently for about 1 second to create a recess of approximately 0.5mm depth.
⑦  Foiling & reinforcement
Place the foil over the recessed area with the colored side facing up. Press the handle down gently for 2-3 seconds, then lift. Carefully peel off the foil backing. To reinforce the adhesion, cover with the transparent carrier film and press once more.
