We choose high-quality logistics providers to cooperate, and set different levels of freight for different countries/regions, so the freight will be charged according to different countries, the total weight of the purchased goods, and the logistics method you choose.

We will set up free shipping according to specific regions and discounts, but not all countries have it, hope you understand

Logistics guarantee
We will purchase logistics insurance for your order/delivery. Your order will be 100% covered. Without insurance, we responsibly issue money to customers once the package leaves our warehouse and must follow guidelines such as claims through the shipping company. This means that refunds, replacements, etc. will not be issued until resolved with the shipping company.

About tax
For IOSS in Europe, we have cooperated with logistics providers, and we will bear it. Other taxes are determined according to local conditions.

Returns

We understand that sometimes products don't work for customers so, products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if in new, unused condition. (Products with shrink wrap will need to be in the unbroken, original shrink wrap. Products received in brand packaging need to be returned in their original packaging).

Leather can be returned within 30 days as long as it has not been split. Because splitting is a specific request, we can not approve leather that has been split for a return.

Please also note the pictures are our best representation of the leather and colors vary from monitor to monitor. If color accuracy is very critical for you we recommend emailing us and purchase a sample cutting prior to purchase. Also note color can vary production dye lot to dye lot.

Please contact us to receive approval for your return. You will be given an RMA# that needs to be included in the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, including packaging.

We ask that you ship items back to us in the same manner we shipped them to you. Upon receipt of items, we will inspect them and if they arrive in new condition we will issue a refund. If items have been damaged in shipping because of how they were packaged we will not be able to issue a refund.

It can take up to 7 days from the received date for us to issue the refund. It can also take an additional 7-10 days for the refund to show up on your original payment method.
