• 1. When will my order be shipped?

  We will ship your order within 2 working days during normal working days. Please note that shipping time may be delayed on public holidays.

• 2. Which courier do you use?

  We choose high-quality logistics providers to cooperate, and set different levels of freight for different countries/regions, so the freight will be charged according to different countries, the total weight of the purchased goods, and the logistics method you choose. Free shipping conditions We will set up free shipping according to specific regions and discounts, but not all countries have it, hope you understand

• 3. What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept Paypal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many more payment methods.

• 4. Can I check the status of my order?

  Yes, you can log into your account to view your order status. We will also send a shipping notice to your email or phone number once your order is shipped.

• 5. Can I return the order?

  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at wutastudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, We will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.   We offer a 1-year warranty for all watches purchased on the website.
