Instructions for use:

Apply ECOSTICK ® 1816B on both sides. Let it dry. To work without preheating the adhesive, couple both sides within 20 minutes after drying and press. Otherwise, if this time is exceeded, reactivate at a 60°-70°, couple and press. The adhesive can be applied on one side to couple leather with textiles, moltoprene, foam rubber: apply plenty of ECOSTICK ® 1816B on leather or on material not so absorbing and couple immediately.
Open Time: Cold bonding: up to 20 min. After the adhesive is dried. Reactivation by heating: within 48 hours.

Solutions for Vegetable-Tanned Leather Edge Finishing

Application

1.  Clean the leather surface thoroughly and allow it to dry. (50–150 g/m², depending on the absorbency of the material.)	2. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces using a spreader, brush, roller, or spray gun
3.  Use a brass roller to press out air bubbles and ensure the leather layers bond firmly. Let the adhesive air-dry at a minimum of 16°C until it is clear or translucent.	4. Bonding: Press within 20 min (cold bond). After 20 min, reactivate at 70–75°C, then press. Full strength in ~4 days.

Cleaning and Maintenance

● Daily Use: Seal the container immediately after use to prevent skin formation or thickening.
● Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed container in a cool, shaded place between 5°C and 30°C; avoid direct sunlight.
● Temperature Protection: The product will suffer permanent damage at temperatures below 5°C; do not freeze.
● Spill Handling: For minor spills, absorb with absorbent pads or sand/soil, and dispose of in accordance with local regulations.

⚠️Precautions

Allergy Warning: Contains a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one and 2-methyl-1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one, and 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May cause allergic reactions.
Cleaning: Clean with water. Remove dried film with a raw rubber eraser.
Safety: Ventilate well. Avoid inhaling aerosol. On skin or eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 min. 
If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
